Artwork in the restaurant has a graffiti theme in recognition of the artist Banksy who grew up in Bristol. PizzaExpress is all about a passion and the love of food made fresh, simply, with the highest quality ingredients. So in their kitchens there are no fryers, no microwaves. Just an oven.
