Club Gascon takes their food and produce from Gascony very seriously and the food is monitored by "Le Comité Renaissance" who have a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of freshness and authenticity. The à la carte menu offers 5 selections - La Route du Sel, Le Potager, Le Canard, L'Océane and Les Pâturages - allowing diners to enjoy as many flavours as they wish with a series of exciting dishes. Le Marché menu is available for both lunch and dinner and offers five fantastic courses. The menu changes every 2-3 months and brings together the best in seasonal produce and true Gascon flavours. The lunch menu has been especially designed for those who have less than an hour to eat. The wine list at Club Gascon aims to take diners on a discovery journey across the South of France. Many of the wines and spirits are exclusive to Club Gascon in the UK. The sommelier works continuously to evolve the list and to make it distinctive and unique. The list is composed of over four hundred varieties of wines from the South of France. Since opening in 1998, the restaurant has received numerous accolades including one Michelin star (since 2002).
