Located in a beautiful Grade II listed building originally owned by the East India Company, Old Bengal Bar is the destination for drinks in the City and Shoreditch, offering outstanding cocktails, a superb menu and impeccable service in a fun, buzzing and glamourous setting. It all starts with the cocktails for bar manager Milos Popovic and his team. Signature drinks include the Fleur de Lis and Dirty Truffle martini, alongside classic cocktails served with a twist such as Prince of Wales and New York Sour. The Old Bengal Bar also serves an outstanding selection of spirits by the bottle, and an extensive wine list to enjoy either inside or outside on the secluded and sheltered courtyard. Old Bengal Bar adjoins the acclaimed restaurant New Street Grill, a modern take on the traditional British grill. Tables can be booked in the bar at lunch time, with a full restaurant menu available. After 3pm, a range of bar snacks can be ordered, with substantial dishes including Josper-grilled burgers and light bites such as Scotch eggs, sausage rolls and salt & pepper squid.
