Sam’s of Brighton is a family-owned restaurant in the heart of Kemp Town ’village’ in Brighton. We are located between the Brighton Pier and the Marina and just a few steps off the seafront at 1 Paston Place. We serve classic yet creative dishes made from the best seasonal ingredients (local where possible). Our menu is ever changing and features a number of black board specials.
