Since opening in 2006, this relaxed and welcoming pub, run by owner Paul Hutchison has become a much loved local and well known food destination in the heart of Hove.

Our award-winning 100% organic & free range meat is produced by Clayton Farm, Hen on the Gate in East Sussex.
Our wonderful game suppliers, South Brockwells Farm in Uckfield work with professional game-keepers to put perfection on your plate.
Our seafood is caught daily by a family-run business on the Sussex coast, using only sustainable fishing methods.
Our rich and abundant harvest of seasonable wild foraged greens, herbs and spices, allows us to uncover the supply available in our own backyard. Thanks to Miles Irving, Forager, who's been our inspiration.
Our vegetables are grown and picked in Sussex and Kent and are organic wherever possible.
Our varied selection of cheeses and dairy produce are all locally made.
