The Tower Arms pub is nestled in the peaceful, pretty village of South Weald, which is just a 5 minute drive from Brentwood, Essex.
At the Tower Arms we have one aim and one aim only: to make sure you have a happy and enjoyable visit.
We love our historic ‘pub, built in 1701 - with all its quirks and foibles - and we love great food, real ales, fine wines and excellent service.
Whether you’re dining with us in our restaurant, staying in one of our luxury bedrooms, celebrating your wedding, birthday or other special occasion or function or simply enjoying a drink at the bar or in the beer garden we want your experience to be a memorable one.
We're proud to be a community ‘pub where everyone is welcome. We are always happy to try to cater for individual requirements – just let us know what you’d like.
Our gardens are our pride and joy, the centrepiece of which is our 300 year old wisteria tree. In summer, our barbeque serves home-made burgers, steaks, baked potatoes and other lite bights. More formal al fresco dining is also available.

The excellence of our food and drink at The Tower Arms, is at the heart of what we do. Our chefs are dedicated and enthusiastic. We serve the finest fresh-cooked food using only the best ingredients at lunch, dinner, afternoon tea and light bites throughout the day. Our style is generally inspired by modern British cuisine with a variety of influences but our chefs are always keen to experiment and to create new dishes.
