Grillstock was born out a deep love for American BBQ and the culture that surrounds it. It is all about cooking meat with fire and smoke, chowing down together on a big table with family and friends and kicking back to great music. The concept is very straight-forward: take big hunks of meat and smoke them low and slow fresh on site every day - it cannot be rushed. The music is loud and the lighting low. Everything is smoked fresh on site over hickory wood using Grillstock's own seasonings & sauces.
