All the BBQ classics are smoked in-house over hickory wood and served-up on big old platters. From the imported American smokers (tucked-away around the back) to the award-winning executive chef the focus is on serving authentic flavours in a relaxed, fun and informal atmosphere. Dinner at Blue’s is about loosening your belt, getting a crowd together and enjoying wallet-friendly feasts with friends and family. Enjoy classics such as St Louis cut Ribs, Brisket and Boston Butt (pulled pork), all cooked low and slow in their big American imported smokers. If you are coming with a group, it is highly recommended that you call to book a table. Blue’s do their best to ensure that walk-ins always get served, but sometimes guests need to chill at the bar until a table becomes available. There is a short list of delicious, classic cocktails – all of which have been given a Blue’s twist. The wine list is small, but beautifully formed – selected to bring the best out of the BBQ flavours. Beer goes with anything, but its best friend is BBQ. There is a thirst-quenching selection of international and craft beers and ciders. There is also a great selection of premium whiskies, bourbons and rums.
