Hope & Anchor
The Hope & Anchor is a former 17th century coaching inn. Like many of the inns and pubs in the area it was constructed from former ship's timber - you can even see some of the sailors initials carved into some of the timbers in the pub... The Hope & Anchor is a traditional pub with a warm atmosphere and a large garden. There are also three very comfortable double en-suite letting rooms.
