Excellent food and great service. They forgot one of our dishes so one of our party had to wait about ten minutes. No big deal but what was brilliant was that they removed it from the bill without us even asking. Now that is quality service and customer care. Food was great quality and the gin taster boards were a lovely treat.

Booked a table for 10 for a friend's 40th birthday lunch. We were put in the back room so felt that we didn't have to worry that we were too noisy! The food was delicious and excellent choice of wines and gin! We will be back for our annual girls Christmas lunch.

We go to the Charlotte regularly and are always greated warmly and the food / drink very good. Sunday roast is a must, although for this review we had a Saturday lunch. Thanks to John and the team as always.

Another lovely meal, just a real shame they had run out of the Rib Eye steak. Our second choices were still very good. Ambience was a bit noisy last night and we struggle to hear each other.
