The Beech House (Beaconsfield)
With its buzzing atmosphere and welcoming lounge, bar and restaurant, The Beech House is a modern meeting place located at the heart of Beaconsfield's new town. Open for coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner, they have tables to watch the world rush by and tables for escaping it. And they also have tables with the best view in the house, into the open kitchen where you can watch your meal being cooked.
The food is all about big flavours, quality ingredients and no pretence. A lot of the dishes are cooked in a Josper – a charcoal-fired grill and oven that invokes the nostalgia of summer barbecues all year round. In temperatures of around 350 degrees, the chefs can char-grill, smoke, slow-cook and roast the most delicious and tender meats, fish and vegetables.
