Was looking forward to the meal as it was a special occasion. Staff very helpful. Unfortunately after ordering waited a considerable time for our starter. Restaurant wasn't busy. When the food came out it was our main. The starter hadn't been ordered. Staff member forgot to order "she had had a very busy day" . What can I say!!!

Really beautiful setting. Don't get the roast they use frozen roast potato and parsnips. Grazy couldn't salvage it.

Paul the general manager was rude and unprofessional. Made snide comments under his breath as we left. Very childish. Staff running round like headless chickens. Got out orders wrong. We waited for over an hour for food. Asked for money back. Paul put up a fight and was condescending. Pub was mostly full of drunk teenagers. Not a place you'd want to have a date night. Food was average but overpriced.
