The Bistro menu showcases the best traditions of the Gascony area and includes dishes such as home-made charcuterie, andouillette, cassoulet, duck-confit and French fries twice cooked in duck fat. Blackboard specials change each day and may include dishes such as Duck egg with truffle polenta & chicken crackling, Sirloin Steak with fries & Paloise Sauce, and Grey mullet, confit aubergine & flat beans. The wine list has been chosen to enhance the seasonal and regional food beautifully cooked by the chefs. It is South-West France wines at its best with a list of over 60 different wines including about 15 by the glass.
