All dishes are cooked to order and the menu changes seasonally to accommodate the best and freshest national produce. As with the rest of the menu, Canteen’s bar is British led. The cocktails reflect the flavours of classic home-grown ingredients, and there is a hand-picked selection of beers, ciders and perrys that represent the British brewing history.
