Koh Thai Tapas is defying conventions and has revolutionised Thai dining with their infectious blend of European indulgence and authentic Thai tastes. Koh Thai Tapas are also passionate about their unique aesthetic, at once informal and elegant, authentic and modern. So the designs set candlelit brickwork against Thai latticework, street-art murals against historic venues. Each Koh restaurant oozes its own personality and its own local charm. Koh Thai Tapas was born out of a desire to create a place where you would like to eat. A place where the holy flavours of Thai cuisine could be shared and sampled with fiery cocktails, far-flung beers and world-class music. A place at once authentic, beautiful, unpretentious, relaxed and refined. Although every venue is unique, with a successful blend between historic locations and fresh fusion design, Koh continues to deliver on exquisite food, drinks and that eclectic atmosphere, striving to hit the mark for the Complete Dining Experience.

We booked a table for 2 in Bournemouth to celebrate a special occasion after we had an outstanding experience in Southsea... unfortunately we were placed at a table in the middle of a very noisy bar area. I spent my entire meal unable to even hear my partner and had to put up with a guys bottom centimetres from my plate. The food was great and our waitress was pleasant and extremely apologetic however our night was ruined and we had to leave after a quick fill on our main... In this instance the restaurant has to be listed as poor value for money because of the experience. to say we left disappointed would be an understatement...

As always, fantastic service (can't remember servers name, but was seated in corner by the window, table for 2 on 10/2/18, blond girl) she was very friendly, helpful and a bubbly waitress, food was fantastic and the atmosphere was great.

Overall nice lunch however the lunch menu for £12 is misleading. Nowhere in the grill part it says that this is not part of a deal with starters. Also I got really disappointed when I got my chilli stir fry come up with RICE!! I would suggest that either the waiter explains everything or its it quoted on the menu. The Chilli stir fry was supposed to be very hot. It was not. Just to add the portions size have gone down which is another disappointment.
