A traditional wood-charcoal Braai is the main focal point of the kitchen: it provides huge versatility to cook a wide range of grilled meats and fish. Cast iron Potjies allow for traditional stews and curries to be cooked and presented in a unique way. This is blended with traditional sides, vibrant and superfood salads for truly new and “good for you” food.
