Al Fresco offers an elegant, contemporary dining-room in a rich palette of deep reds and dark browns that is accompanied by a sophisticated mix of comfort food and modern Italian classics. With an outside terrace encompassing the whole restaurant, the Rotunda is the ideal place to savour a wonderful range of seafood or an elegant glass of Pinot Grigio whilst enjoying the spectacular backdrop of the ruins of the West Pier and the Sussex coast. The cuisine served in the restaurant is modern Italian, combining classic Italian dishes given a contemporary twist. The seasonal à la carte menu is inspired by quality seasonal produce and flavours with locally sourced ingredients and naturally reared free range meat and sustainable fish used whenever possible. The Rotunda gives a new meaning to the term beach-front dining and is the perfect place to relax and people watch.
