The cuisine served in the restaurant is modern Italian, combining classic Italian dishes given a contemporary twist. The seasonal à la carte menu is inspired by quality seasonal produce and flavours with locally sourced ingredients and naturally reared free range meat and sustainable fish used whenever possible.
