Alongside the dedicated Cava Bar, Bellota serves high quality authentically sourced tapas including the award winning Jamón ibérico de Bellota from Guijuelo in Salamanca, famous for its 'Pata Negra' black hoofed Ibérico pigs. The Jamón ibérico, reared by multi-award winning artisan producer Simón Martin, is hand carved. Complimentary pinchos are served with every drink, giving guests an authentic and unique taste of Spain. Diners can choose a variety of unique dishes from the main menu, or enjoy bread and three tapas dishes daily until 17:00 from the menu del dia. Sharing Paella Sundays are also available to echo Spanish family values and reiterate the importance of dining together.
