The Dorset is located right in the heart of Lewes, close to the South Downs Way and just a stones throw from Brighton. With lots of room it is a great family pub that also boasts six beautifully appointed rooms above the pub, all en suite, available on a B&B basis. Chef/co-owner Rob Palmer and his team create delicious seasonal dishes, freshly cooked to order and beautifully presented. using local suppliers as much as possible. This includes a popular Spanish cured meat board or why not try something from the new bar tapas? On offer are great pub classics alongside à la carte dishes like sea bass fillet, grilled on a dill emulsion with carrot purée or lamb braised and topped with a herb crust.
