Independently owned and run since 2003, The Sun Inn is a proper coaching inn with an elm bar, an open dining room, a snug oak panelled lounge all with open fires, exposed timbers, thick beams and meandering floors, it is easy to be cosseted in this ancient inn. Keep warm by the fires, stay cool on the terrace, all year round there is somewhere to unwind. Overlooked by St Mary’s Church tower, the garden has its own bar. Seven beautiful en suite bedrooms, all individually decorated with sumptuous beds and linen, free WI-FI, digital televisions and other treats are also available.
