On their website it said that it opened at 11am so I arrived at this time to be greeted on the door saying it opened at 11.30am so I decided to wait. 11.30 passed and the doors were still locked. So I tried to ring them to see when they would be open and got the answer phone telling me all the staff were busy at the moment please try again later but you could see through the window that there were 3 ladys stood behind the bar talking. At 11.49 a guy arrived at the door carrying a box and he banged on the door and started waving and they eventually open the door. I got out of the car and went in. I said to the lady what time do you open its says on your website that you open at 11am and on the door 11.30 she said we are open now I told her we had arrived at 11am and waited in the car cause it said you opened at 11.30 she replied with well we are open now. I found her manner very condescending and obnoxious and not appropriate for the hospitality business and as she told me she was the supervisor it's just not acceptable.
