Thomas Restaurant & Bar aims to offer a completely different environment to eat, drink and relax in Manchester's Northern Quarter The venue has three floors designed for both drinkers and diners; with an architectural design combining interior and exterior spaces. Within this striking setting customers can enjoy delicious snacks and meals, sumptuous cocktails and Thomas Own Blend Coffees, and a variety of entertainment throughout the month with Thomas`Thursdays being one to watch. The kitchen is headed up by classically trained head chef Midi Harmim who hails from Morocco. With twenty five years' restaurant experience under his belt (including the former Gilt House in Altrincham, Lounge 10 and Brasserie St Pierre) Midi has applied his classic French influences to bestselling favourites to create a stunning menu which uses the best seasonal local produce, to appeal to all. The menu has been designed to cater to the many different lifestyles and occasions our customers require; whether it is a quick sandwich at lunch; a leisurely three course dinner; drinks after work; or a quick coffee anytime- we aim to look after you all!
