Vermilion is a unique food and drink experience. Designed by Miguel Cancio Martins of Buddha Bar, Paris and Alain Ducasse's Crystal in Marakech. Kitchen designed is by Ken Winch of Buckingham Palace and lighting design by Firefly of Hakkasan. This ultra-chic, 3-story labyrinth is located secretly within Sport City. Its hidden location and chic experience has made Vermilion, Manchester's most sought after destination venue for exclusive dining, drinking and socializing. Famous not only for its renowned über-cool interior design but also its Asian Fusion cuisine, created by Master Chef, Chatchai Jamjang (previously from The Blue Elephant, Bangkok) and includes a variety of Thai, Indian and Japanese dishes and specialises in seafood. The menu presents an array of Asian Fusion cuisine allowing guests to savour the delicate flavours imparted through the use of exotic, fresh and specially selected ingredients and spices. The stand-out dishes are often seafood with good reason; the parent company is Seamark, the UK's largest prawn importer and processor with a very substantial seafood export business across the world. Vermilion also includes Manchester's most glamorous table, a semi private room overlooking the restaurant, with an all mighty, beautiful, round Lazy Susan table that envisions the Royal Dining style of Asia. Perfect for groups between 12 to 20 guests, who require a more exclusive dining experience in perfect luxury. Vermilion includes a 200 cover restaurant, a function room (The Abacus Gallery), private dining rooms (The Maharaja Room), a Thai cooking school, 200 free car park space, 24 hour security and a chic cocktail bar (Cinnabar) with private ‘Cocoon' beds.
