Les Douvres
Les Douvres is a former 18th century manor house ideally situated in the quiet parish of St Martin's in the south east corner of Guernsey. Despite recent renovations "Les Douvres" exudes warmth and character with the aim to please the local community and holiday-makers alike: a traditional inn within a modern country house hotel.
The restaurant offers delicious gastro-pub inspired dining with friendly unfussy service. Les Douvres is committed to using wherever possible, seasonal and local produce from the best suppliers. The Kitchen team cook simple, rustic food with the emphasis on flavour and generosity.
The extensive menu is complimented by changing "specials" throughout the week according to season and daily catch.
