Scallops, queenies, monkfish, Dublin Bay prawns, ling, hake, brill, turbot, lemon & Dover soles and more come from Makins in Peel. Pollock, lobsters and crabs come from small independent fishermen. Head Chef, Richard Birch along with his kitchen team prepare an amazing seasonal harvest each day and cook it simply to bring out the flavours and freshness of the fish. The open plan kitchen allows dinners to enjoy the theatre of chefs cooking your meal to order.
