Sumas sits above the stone walled harbour in Gorey on the east coast of Jersey and nestles below the iconic Mont Orgueil Castle. With views over the colourfully decorated waterfront cottages and all manner of boats bobbing about on the water it is a magical place.
With a friendly and efficient service, Sumas offers casual fine dining in a relaxed and contemporary atmosphere. Sumas uses only fresh locally sourced seasonal produce which is reflected in the ever changing menu. The cuisine is Modern British with a twist of Mediterranean flair.
