Armed with his mother's home-made curry powders (she sends them over every few weeks), Chef Sudu brings a slice of Sri Lanka, and the cuisine he loves, to foodies around the island. Chef Sudu's authentic recipes combine local Jersey produce with delicious Sri Lankan specialities.
There is always a specials menu introducing many additional authentic Sri Lankan dishes which are perfect for vegetarians and meat eaters alike.
