Several days ago I booked a 12.30pm table for 4 for 23rd August 2021. After ordering our drinks and meals we received our drinks and shortly afterwards the starter. We waited over an hour only be told the kitchen was very busy and were facing difficulties. We only ordered 3 vegetarian burgers and a chicken burger, not too much to ask! A couple who came in about 10-15 minutes later than us received their drinks and food quite promptly. We decided not to stay after not even being given any idea how long our food would take to arrive!! We still had to pay for our soft drinks and starter and was offered no compensation. I'm appalled at this level of 'service' and will be letting all my friends, family and customers know about this.
