The chef is passionate about Thai food and is well known for cooking tasty Thai food; balancing the five fundamental taste senses in every dish on the menu: hot (spicy), sour, sweet, salty, and bitter. The Chef's signature dishes are unique to Thai Palace, cooked in her own unique Thai style from the freshest ingredients. The "POO PHAD PONG GARI" is one of the most popular speciality crab dishes.
