Grillstock was born out a deep love for American BBQ and the culture that surrounds it. It is all about cooking meat with fire and smoke, chowing down together on a big table with family and friends and kicking back to great music. The concept is very straight-forward: take big hunks of meat and smoke them low and slow fresh on site every day - it cannot be rushed. The music is loud and the lighting low. Everything is smoked fresh on site over hickory wood using Grillstock's own seasonings & sauces.

I have to say how impressed I am with the staff you had working on Thursday , we came in about 7.15pm for food... the atmosphere was lovely staff went out of there way to serve us.. the food was amazing and to top it off as we had said we love the wings at Grillstock... best we have ever tasted in fact... we got some wings on the house... such a nice thing to do and made use feel valued . Thank you to all the staff that night , you made our night

Went for my daughters birthday and we all loved the food! Finger licking good! Literally! 😁 Only thing I would say is the music was quite loud and as it wasn’t peek dining time it seemed louder.
