Stac Polly (Dublin Street Brasserie)
The street level at Dublin Street was beautifully refurbished in January 2013 and is now a brasserie, gin and wine bar. The design features a large print of Stac Pollaidh mountain, antler sculptures and colourful paintings, creating a fresh and laid back environment for eating and socialising. The bar specialises in premium Scottish botanical gins in large glasses, fine wines, and beers from all over the world including Scottish craft beers. At lunchtime the brasserie serves a relaxed seasonal menu.
