Owners Kris and Thanita's focus is to use the freshest meat and vegetables and the best Thai ingredients to create outstanding and authentic food. Together with their chefs they have created an extensive menu which includes all the Thai favourites including pad Thai, lamb shank massaman curry and samrot seabass, as well as Thai inspired tortes and cheesecakes. The restaurant is elegant and has been designed to be warm and inviting. Founded around 1350, Ayuthaya became the second capital of Siam after Sukhothai. Throughout the centuries Ayutthaya was known as the trading capital of Asia and even the world because it was central to all Asian countries. By 1700 Ayutthaya had become the largest city in the world with a total of 1 million inhabitants.
