Went to an evening meal with my wife on August 18th. Ordered the half of chicken and my husband had the steak. When I cut into the chicken I could see that there were areas of blood there.I called the waitress over to tell her. She informed me that it was just the blood that runs through the veins. With chicken you should never have that. The waitress told me that even if she took it away and brought it back to me again she could guarantee it will still have the blood there. As a result of the undercooked chicken I chose not to consume it. When leaving the restaurant I was not offered the meal for free I was only offered the service charge which I didn't know that they automatically charged. I will not be returning.

Our favourite, but disappointed with service last Friday. We waited for an hour for lunch and it wasn’t busy. When it came to coffee they had to send out for milk! Not attentive enough. Manager was sympathetic to our complaints. Wine included in offer was awful. Rather pay for a decent wine, Hope it doesn’t happen again.
