Tatlers provides an exciting, indulgent approach to all things food and wine, beautifully delivered in a building steeped in history but with taste sensations that are definitely a thing of the future. The Bistronomic team in the kitchen is inspired by a strong collaboration with food writer, consultant and development chef Franck Pontais, whose inspiring dishes very much drive the "dining experience". The kitchen is headed by the talented Fabrice Kouame and his team. This is complemented with the wine expertise from Poppy Seymour as well as the hospitality skills of general manager, Rafael. The philosophy at Tatlers is to only use the best possible produce, sourced locally wherever possible, and from the very best of European producers where appropriate. Norfolk is not renowned for its Parmesan or Serrano ham, for example, so these are tracked down to the finest in their field from Europe. In terms of when, where and what you eat or drink, The Tatlers team believes in making their delicious meals and deli produce available for you to enjoy at home as well as in the relaxed surroundings of the restaurant. The Deli counter is full of irresistible dishes to tempt you. On the first floor the Deli and Wine Bar are open for coffee, lunch, afternoon tea, drinks and light sharing plates. Downstairs in the main restaurant, there is a lunch menu available from 12.30 - 14:00 and a dinner menu from 18:30 - 21:00. If you do not always want the traditional Sunday Lunch but prefer to graze on some enticing and unusual dishes, then this is place for you. From 11.30 -16:00 there is a sumptuous Sunday brunch at a fixed price, which includes your first reviving glass of Prosecco.
