The first ever T.G.I. Fridays opened in New York in 1965. Located on the corner of 63rd street and First Avenue, it quickly became the meeting place for local lovers of wild nights and fun times. Really disappointing meal today

Really disappointed with TGI's Norwich today! Me and my partner have been going for 5+ years now and it was our favourite place to eat, always absolutely loved the food and the service TGI's Norwich always gave. But today we went for my partners birthday and was served by Lilli-Ma and just felt like she didn't even want to be there. The whole restaurant just had this odd not welcoming feeling to it and that's not how this place used to be like. On top of this my sesame chicken that I always get and love came just not tasting the same and without the pot of sauce you always used to get on the side and the most smallest side salad I have ever seen like they were running out, as well as this my little girls children's meal burger came burnt and missing the fruit and salad part it said it comes with on the menu. Really disappointing meal in all honesty and not impressed TGI's Norwich, really let us down today, I am not one to moan and post negative feedback but this had to be said. 😔

The b day sundae didn't have spirnkles on the side or on the cream and the glaze smash burger didn't have any bacon in but food was good

Average score for an average meal. Charlotte our server was charming and very professional but she may have been the only one who was. The ‘chefs’ both had long beards but no beard covers. One member of staff was wearing a McDonald’s jacket…… Our starter arrived on hot plates but the food was lukewarm. The glasses were not clean - probably a dishwasher issue. The tables and seats were not wiped down thoroughly and there was still food on them. The condiments were both empty. Only one person other than Charlotte appeared to be in full uniform, the others all had dirty clothes on - and too much for it to be from a very slow Tuesday evening.
