500 Restaurant offers fresh ingredients, bread and pastas prepared on the premises every day. The menu changes with the seasons, although some dishes come back regularly as "signature dishes". The most asked for dishes are the "oven baked rabbit", the "fritto misto", a mixture of fresh seafood and vegetables deep fried.
