Braid's Brasserie at Bush Hill Park Golf Club offers a great Sunday lunch available every week, alternating between carvery and á la carte menus. During the week, a traditional snack and specials menu is served throughout the day.On a Sunday food is served in the restaurant upstairs, while during the rest of the week dining is more causal in the George Low Bar and Main Bar rooms. Resident Head Chef, Alasdair McDonald, brings with him considerable experience from a number of city restaurants including the RAC Clubhouse, La Café du Jardin, and The Worshipful Company of Leathersellers. Alasdair’s specialities include seafood and Asian cuisine, and his famous fresh Fish & Chips are served every Friday to meet popular demand. The team cater for all events at the Club, using their skill to create delicious meals for every occasion. Alasdair, along with Events Manager Debbie, is fully involved in the Wedding planning process, and will create tasting menus for couples to try in preparation for their big day.
