The food was great and well priced however the staff needs lessons in etiquette . On our arrival the maitre d looked us up and down and 2 of us thought that at one point he was not willing to permit us . My son is an athelete and was dressed in his GB kit my husband and i were dressed for the cold weather . Glad to say that after the initial hesitation the maitre d let us in to eat. The waiter appeared to be foreign and was difficult to understand once we had finished our meal but before we left the table he had taken the remaining glasses away . That is rude as he should have waited until left . To make it worse was that a 12.5 service charge was automatically added to the bill . The food was good but the lasagne could do with more meat . It was a lovely restaurant but the staff need to learn to be more courteous so i doubt we will visit again
