Originally an old Malthouse, the updated and thoughtfully refurbished property offers a cosy, warm and welcoming atmosphere, and serves as a convenient base from which to explore the quaint and charming villages, local attractions and rural surroundings. The Feathered Nest Country Inn offers 3 AA Rosette award-winning modern British dining in the pub, restaurant or patio areas, as well as accommodation, with four beautifully decorated bedrooms Head Chef, Kuba Winkowski, and his team source ingredients and produce from local suppliers, where possible to ensure the freshness of the ingredients used on the menu, and also support local farmers and suppliers. The daily market menu offers relaxed eating in the bar and garden, whilst the seasonal menus provide an exciting alternative to be enjoyed in one of the informal dining areas. On warm, balmy sunny days the garden terrace allows for outside dining, naturally shaded by the old Sycamore tree.
