You may also choose to make a reservation or join a waitlist with one of our restaurant partners by completing a booking form on our website or app. Where this is the case, we will collect your personal information and share it with the restaurant. If you make a reservation through our website or app, we will also collect reservation details (number of guests, date, time and special requests). If you write a restaurant review, the information contained in your review may also constitute personal information.

This information may include your title, first name, last name, email address, telephone number name, dining profile, time and date of visit, party size, any special requests or comments that you choose to submit and, optionally, your postcode if you choose to provide it. Your information is provided to the restaurant partner, just as it would if you contacted the restaurant directly. If you provide a mobile phone number in connection with your dining request, restaurants may send you text messages regarding your reservation. Some restaurants also require you to provide credit or debit card account information to secure your reservation.
When you make a restaurant reservation, we may also share with the restaurant additional information about you, such as information about your dining activity and history. We may share with restaurants summary reports of feedback from guests. We will not identify you in any feedback, but please note that a restaurant may be able to tell who you are from your comments or any public reviews, particularly if you give your name or provide contact information, such as an email address.
To use certain services on our website, such as to make reservations at certain restaurants or to make payments to certain restaurants, we may require you to provide credit or debit card account information. By submitting your credit or debit card account information through our website, you expressly consent to the sharing of your information with restaurants, third-party payment processors, and other third-party service providers (including vendors who provide fraud detection services to us and other third parties) in accordance with our customer terms and conditions.
