Their vast knowledge of Peruvian cuisine comes from their roots in Huaral, Peru - a small town north of the capital Lima situated 15 minutes from the coast. Huaral is a gastronomical haven and serves the very best coastal and creole dishes and truly does pay homage to authentic Peruvian cuisine.
