Rude staff member

I recently visited with my auntie who was here visiting me. Our actual waiter was very lovely and the food was nice. However when leaving my auntie wanted to leave a tip and was greeted with a female member of staff huffing and rolling her eyes. She didn’t know how to use the till for a tip so my auntie left cash instead and she was overall very ungrateful.

A Waste of Calories

As soon as we came in, we noticed an awful smell like old oil and should have left then to be honest. Staff were friendly but often grouped around the bar talking so hard to get their attention politely if you needed anything. Food looked great but took over an hour to come. The chips were cold and flavourless, burgers were dry and cheese balls were just way too artificial tasting. My boyfriend only ate half of his food and this is unheard of. Don’t get the hype at all and will not be returning as there are far better food options in Cardiff. Sorry to write such a negative review but I haven’t felt this disappointed with a meal in a long time.

Absolutely stunning food, this was the best burger I have ever had and at a great pric.
