Dishes like Blythburgh pork 3 ways – marinated slow roasted pork belly with crispy braised cheek, mustard mash and a cider jus. On Sundays you can enjoy a traditional roast dinner with all the trimmings - roast leg of lamb studded with aromatic rosemary or roast loin of beef with horseradish sauce and crispy potatoes roasted in duck fat.
