Our Kinjo menu brings together authentic Japanese dishes created by our head chef Nabin Ghale who champions a modern take on traditional Japanese cooking. The Kinjo bar team serves up a wide range of traditional cocktails with a Japanese twist as well as house Kinjo classics such as Sake Spritz’s, and a Lychee Martini. Our wine list is made up of wines perfect to accompany our Japanese dishes with a menu of hot and cold sake for after dinner.
