Went to the Norwich ABO for a coffee but once again told that they’d turned the coffee machine off already (at around 9pm). They have big signs up saying “We’re all about the coffee”, but then won’t serve it when asked. This has happened on several occasions this year, so from now on whenever it happens I will leave a negative review in the hope that they notice, listen, and start improving their customer service.

Good food and unrushed service by jess was excellent and will definitely go again
