The meat comes from the UK, Nebraska, Italy and beyond and is aged on site in a temperature controlled, dehumidified environment, cut every day, and on request. No steak finds its way to the blackboard before this unique treatment, bringing out the full concentration of flavour. The specially imported charcoal ovens use a blend of wood from sustainable sources, kept at 375-400°C to turn the best meat in the world into a fabulously smoky, flavourful steak. The restaurant interior provides leather-seated booths, low-hanging pendant lamps and dark wood panelling.
