LIMA Floral was created with the aim of presenting Peru as a country full of diversity: ecologically, culturally and historically, sharing an authentic and native culinary offering. The main restaurant serves an innovative menu overseen by Virgilio Martinez and Head Chef Robert Ortiz featuring some of Virgilio's latest creations as well as some rare native vegetables, fruits and fishes from remote places in the Amazon basin and the Andes with the aim of helping guests discover new flavours. The 'Pisco Bar' in which the menu is designed for sharing serves finger food, with small piqueos dishes, best described as Peruvian tapas. These dishes sit alongside an extensive cocktail list based on Pisco infusions with Amazonian fruits, Andean herbs, and local UK products. Located in Covent Garden, LIMA Floral is grounded and unpretentious, sophisticated and modern but with a youthful South American sense of fun.
