Rasa W1 is located on Dering Street and began life as a vegetarian restaurant, but more recently the menu has expanded to include a meat-based section. The cuisine is inspired by dishes from Kerala on India's spice-rich Malabar Coast.
Rasa is part of a small chain of restaurants bringing the taste of authentic, home-cooked southern Indian food to the UK. The name Rasa is a Sanskrit word that has a wonderful wealth of meaning. It represents taste, flavour, affection, pleasure, delight, happiness, charm, sentiment, pathos, beauty and essence.
