The name comes from the Spanish word “Brindis”, the act of raising your glass in celebration. Brindisa Tapas Kitchens serves freshly prepared Tapas along with cured meat, cheese and fish plates from Spain's best producers. A great place to meet friends for a drink at the bar and enjoy the Picoteo snack menu or classic Spanish Tapas and cured food plates, from Jamón Ibérico to fish Conservas and artisan cheeses. We highly recommend the Crispy Pork Belly, Chicken with Langoustines and Catalan Spinach. The Croquetas de Jamon are great too.... The wine list is a varied offering of Spanish wines, from some very good examples of the well-known Riojas and Albariños to some slightly different offering such as Txacoli. If you are looking for a great atmosphere, friendly, helpful and natural staff, high quality food and wine, look no further. Probably not the cheapest Tapas in London but the quality of the ingredients, preparation, presentation and service is second to none and worth every penny. ¡Qué Aproveche!
