​​​​​​​The Princess Victoria​, originally a Victorian Gin Palace built in 1829, and tram stop for Shepherd's Bush, has now been authentically restored to its former glory. The kitchen works in the traditional sense and most things are made from scratch, from home-made breads and cakes, to sausages and pies, to home-smoked and cured fish and meat. The kitchen always seeks out the best suppliers, and more often than not the British seasons dictate what ends up on the plate.
